No Fuss – Good Food
‘Buddy’ is my real name, and also the idea of sharing good food with good company — after all, what is a better way to bond than to indulge in wholesome guilty pleasures like Foie Gras Ice Cream and Beef Tongue Katsu together?
In 2017 after finishing my Engineering degree, I took
a shift to culinary school in France out of the love for food. Returning to Bangkok, I inherit this family house and came up with a fun ‘chef table’ idea as a birthday party with friends and family. Words and pictures got out, requests rolled-in, and my small passion project turns a real place
with a bigger crew.
Dishes are inspired by what I liked in my childhood and
what I come across daily. The fat-kid Buddy and the chef Buddy working together to explore contrasting flavors and rule-breaking pairing. Here you will experience what it’s like to grow up in Bangkok from 1990s - 2000s with worldly influence.
